Responsibilities
Manage the front desk in the MSC. Greet students and tutors, help students make appointments, and bring students to their tutor. Monitor the master schedule of appointments. Manage walk-in appointments in WCONLINE. Solve issues as they arise.
Qualifications
The Welcome Desk tutor needs to be punctual and organized.
The Welcome Desk tutor needs to be welcoming and helpful.
The Welcome Desk tutor does not need to be able to help with mathematical or statistical content.
Availability
The Welcome Desk tutor should be available at least 6 hours a week and at least one weekday evening (Monday through Thursday) from 5:45 PM until 9:00 PM.
$12/ hour
