Job Description

  • Create & Edit Short Videos: Produce engaging, short video content for various platforms, including social media, email campaigns, and presentations.
  • Develop Thank You Videos: Produce impactful videos specifically designed to express gratitude to our constituents.
  • Collaborate on Concepts: Work closely with the Stewardship Operations team to brainstorm video ideas and source powerful stories.
  • Showcase Impact: Develop creative ways to highlight the incredible impact of donor generosity and the vibrant spirit of Wake Forest.

Are you a creative storyteller with a passion for video and Wake Forest University? Do you enjoy connecting with people and expressing gratitude? University Advancement is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Student Video Content Creator to join our Stewardship Operations team!


In this exciting role, you’ll play a key part in helping us say a heartfelt “thank you” to Wake Forest alumni, parents, and friends through compelling video content. Ideally, we are looking for someone who is available approximately 10 hours per week, however we will always prioritize working around your academic schedule.


What You’ll Do:
• Create & Edit Short Videos: Produce engaging, short video content for various platforms, including social media, email campaigns, and presentations.
• Develop Thank You Videos: Produce impactful videos specifically designed to express gratitude to our constituents.
• Collaborate on Concepts: Work closely with the Stewardship Operations team to brainstorm video ideas and source powerful stories.
• Showcase Impact: Develop creative ways to highlight the incredible impact of donor generosity and the vibrant spirit of Wake Forest.


What We’re Looking For:
• Video Expertise: Strong video creation and editing skills, with hands-on experience using video editing software.
• Communication Pro: Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and collaborative skills.
• Demon Deacon Devotion: A genuine passion for Wake Forest University and a desire to help us express sincere gratitude to our community.
