Job Description

  • Assists departments and organizations in providing excellent customer service.
  • Cleans, maintains, and runs printing equipment.
  • Must possess good oral and written communication skills.
  • Provide customer service in person and over the phone.

  • Effectively and efficiently convey and receive information, both formally and informally, using verbal, non-verbal and writing skills amongst various stakeholders.
  • Function as a part of a multidisciplinary team

Additional Information from Department

  • Monitors will sit at the front desk where they will be the first point of contact for everyone coming into the Student-Athlete Services offices. Our office provides academic support for all of Wake Forest’s student-athletes through tutoring, study-coaching, and academic counseling. We have student-athletes, coaches, recruits, and their families coming in and out of our offices and this position helps maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming environment. You would also be responsible for helping with study hall check in/out, equipment checkout (calculators, laptop chargers, etc.), and help with other small tasks around the office as needed.
