You will need to arrive at 7AM and meet as a team to ensure everyone arrives and then each will be responsible for checking approximately 5 classrooms in 30-45 minutes. In addition to doing his or her own classroom checks, the team leader will be responsible for dividing up the classrooms between the Assistants each morning and making sure everyone has submitted their checks to the IT Department when finished.
