The primary goal of the Deacon Student Patrol is to cultivate leadership potential in each student. Through their roles, participants gain valuable experience in:
• Teamwork: Students learn to work closely with peers from diverse backgrounds, enhancing their ability to communicate, resolve conflicts, and collaborate effectively in achieving common goals.
• Supervision: The program offers unique opportunities for students to step into supervisory roles, managing small teams, delegating tasks, and making decisions. This experience is critical in building confidence and practical leadership skills that are highly sought after in any career path.
