Job Description

  • Collaborate with and assist students and faculty in creating digital projects.
  • Serve as a creative and technical resource for students implementing multimodal storytelling.
  • Support the use of software tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Provide assistance with studio hardware, including cameras, microphones, lighting, and audio equipment.
  • Maintain scheduling and equipment for the Studio and the One Button Studio.
  • Assist in leading or co-leading campus workshops on digital creation tools and storytelling methods.
  • Create digital tutorials and resource materials to support campus-wide learning.
  • Document consultations and participation for end-of-year reporting.

Key Competencies

  • Digital Literacy: Working knowledge of media creation tools and platforms with willingness to learn some aspects of Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Communication: Clear, professional communication in both written and verbal formats.
  • Creativity & Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically about digital storytelling and design.
  • Leadership: Confidence in guiding peers and managing projects.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
