Record data on tabling efficacy for assessment of approach and selection of topic, time, and location.
Maintain a semester-long schedule of tabling events.
Train volunteers how to table effectively alongside you.
Requirements
Excellent face-to-face communication skills
The ability to project confidence, enthusiasm, and friendliness
Strong organization and time management skills
A flexible schedule that allows for tabling during key time blocks
Familiarity with sustainability topics and climate change solutions is preferred, but not required
Learning Outcomes:
Self-Awareness: Student will develop confidence in face-to-face interaction and learn to adapt their communication style for diverse audiences.
Professionalism: Student will gain experience reporting to a supervisor and in business-standard software including Microsoft Excel and the Workday platform.
Topical Literacy: Student will develop a greater understanding of—and the ability to communicate—the efficacy of climate change solutions.
