The HR Student Assistant will provide assistance to the HR team, ensure timely and quality task completion and customer service to students, faculty and staff
Provide clerical and other administrative support to all HR teams as needed, including an employment file organization project
Assist with event set-up and breakdown as needed including student employment campaign events and other Human Resources team events
Perform research for various projects
Represent the department in a positive way with students and the broader community
Skills Required
Self-starter with the ability to work on several projects simultaneously
Capacity to work on a computer and keep detailed records
Work with people in a wide variety of settings and situations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work efficiently with different types of programs and software
Ability to work with highly sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
