Job duties/Skills:

  • Must possess good oral and written communication skills
  • Assists departments and organizations with marketing and distributing various publicity/promotional items
  • Operates and maintains high speed machines involved with printing, binding, photocopies, duplicating, etc
  • Assists with daily activities, exhibitions and special events
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Responsible for checking in and out A/V equipment and maintaining database records around inventory
  • mail distribution, stocking supplies, data archiving (scanning)
